Starting at $550 ($400 for condos). Here is a great opportunity to get an opinion of a neutral third party before you list. Getting a pre-listing inspection helps you in a number of ways. You are aware of any safety issues before agents and visitors view your home. You are aware of defects that can be fixed on your schedule with your contractor or can be fixed by you. Offering prospective buyers a copy of the report may reduce your liability.
