Rental properties need to be registered with the city whether they are a home, apartment or a short-term rental.  Properties are inspected every 5-10 years.  Rental notification numbers start with 004- number. 

A possibility but we'll help educate to correct.  We can help with securing an extension if required. A free re-inspection is included for free. Same day filings on passing or on corrected failed inspections.
