Rental properties need to be registered with the city whether they are a home, apartment or a short-term rental.  Properties are inspected every 5-10 years.

A possibility but we'll help educate to correct.  We can help with securing an extension if required. A free reinspection is included for free. Same day filings on passing or on corrected failed inspections.    

You've received a notice of inspection.  Schedule an inspection with LaDoux Home Inspections.  Once booked we can start the process to prepare for the inspection.  We can review images and/or connect with repair contractors.
