Rental properties need to be registered with the city whether they are a home, apartment or a short-term rental.  Properties are inspected every 5-10 years.  Rental notification numbers start with 004- number. 

You've received a notice of inspection.  Schedule an inspection with LaDoux Home Inspections.  Once booked we can start the process to prepare for the inspection.  We can review images.
